Handled all regulatory work and gained all approvals for the establishment of a wholly foreign owned (WFOE) trading company for the client in the Waigaoqiao area of Pudong. Had client in operation in 90 days. Prepared a site location summary for the client's WFOE manufacturing operation. Evaluated a total of eight locations in three cities that met client's initial requirements. Provided information on tax incentives, building and land purchase and lease options, staff availability and costs, price of raw material inputs, transportation infrastructure, similar companies in the area, raw material prices/availability, and expatriate amenities. Prepared a report on the structure of the relevant food industries in Greater Shanghai, including major players and distribution channels.
